β€œor dependence?”

Yes, in some cases. If your patient is physiologically dependent on a benzodiazepine, for instance, and in need of a long-acting taper plan to reduce or eliminate tolerance, Ourera can provide this service whether or not criteria for addiction are met.

Ourera coordinates with you by sharing health records and by being available for secure direct messaging whenever we have consent from our shared patient to do so.

How do I refer?

The simplest way is to direct your patient to schedule an initial appointment through our enrollment page, which only takes a minute and can be done together in your exam room.

Ask them to be sure to provide your information when they complete their enrollment forms, which are sent promptly upon scheduling.
