Ourera currently cannot accept patients with any Medicaid insurance plan. We are actively working toward accepting Medicaid by summer, 2026.
If we are in-network with your insurance, it takes only 3 minutes to complete our secure new patient application form. You don’t need to provide any credit card information or make any commitment. We will bill your insurance after your initial visit.
If we’re not in-network with your insurance and you do not have a medicaid, or you’re uninsured, then you can enroll as a self-pay patient. Be sure to review our standard professional fee schedule.
