DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, believe you are a danger to yourself or others, or are experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms, immediately call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Ourera Medical Group PC providers are licensed to practice medicine in the State of California. You must be physically located in California during your telemedicine consultation. Providing false information about your location is grounds for service termination.
Before receiving care, you must provide electronic written consent to the use of telehealth to receive medical services. This consent will cover the risks, benefits, and limitations of receiving care remotely, including the potential for technical failure and data security risks. Your signed consent will be documented in your medical record.
The standard of care for medical services provided via telehealth is the same standard of care that is upheld when the services are provided in person.
If your insurance is not listed, please do not book an appointment. We’re working toward accepting most California insurance, and you may leave your contact information below to be notified when we accept a new insurance plan in the future.
We’ll notify you
Provide your email contact and the plan you’re interested in to be notified once we’re able to accept a new plan.
Providing your contact information here does not establish a care relationship or even indicate your intent to establish a care relationship. It only indicates a desire to be notified when Ourera begins accepting the insurance plan you designate, and nothing more. This information is not treated as protected health information.
