OurEra Medical Group is the private addiction medicine practice of Dr. Brian Clear, M.D. FASAM.
While I am not accepting new patients at this time, I always welcome collaboration regrading any shared patient.
Practice Overview
I provide reliable, personalized care for patients with known or suspected Opioid Use Disorder or Alcohol Use Disorder, whether active or in remission. I am board-certified in Addiction Medicine and Family Medicine, and I care for patients anywhere in California through telemedicine. I’m in-network with most commercial PPOs in California, Medicare, and California State fee-for-service Medi-Cal.
My practice looks and feels like concierge medicine, but I bill insurance directly and do not add-on any technology fees or retainers.
My approach is flexible and adaptive. I learn each patient’s unique goals, and we collaboratively build the care plan to meet those goals. Each patient’s success is important to me.
