Self-Pay Fee Schedule
We maintain a Standard Professional Fee Schedule for patients who are out-of-network, uninsured, or electing to self-pay.
If you are using insurance, please review your benefits with your insurance carrier to understand the out-of-pocket cost to you, which is often a small fraction of the rates described below.
Monthly Overall Management
These fees cover your clinical visits with your provider for diagnosis, medication management, and treatment oversight.
New Patients - First 60 days
$290 per month
Includes up to 90 minutes of clinician total time per month supporting your care.
Established Patients - After 60 days
$ 190 per month
Includes up to 60 minutes of clinician total time per month supporting your care
Additional Clinician Time
Clinician time is spent on visits themselves, and also on services outside of your clinical visits to support your success and ensure that care remains safe and effective. These services may include coordination with other providers involved in your care, treatment plan development, supporting the treatment plan, and providing you with counseling through secure messaging.
$90 per 30 minute unit* of clinician time
It is never our practice to send surprise bills. We will make reasonable efforts to obtain your advanced approval before providing a self-pay service that would incur an additional clinician time fee.
*Units are not pro-rated for time spent < 30 minutes.
Total Cost Estimates
If you will be paying for your full cost of care without using insurance, Ourera will provide you with a personalized “good faith estimate” of your anticipated cost of care per year.
