You can rely on Ourera and Dr. Clear to coordinate with your actively through seamless record exchange, consultation letters, or collaboration by phone whenever needed.
We can accept a patient for ongoing, indefinite care, or we can accept a patient for induction / stabilization, then return to primary care for ongoing MOUD treatment with recommendations.
We have expertise in working with patients who have co-occurring alcohol use disorder, stimulant use disorder, or benzodiazepine dependence. We do not exclude patients based solely upon other drug use.
