Ourera is a startup medical group with an intention to grow one provider at-a-time through demonstrating how smart application of technology enables the micro-practice model to thrive, without having to restrict our population to concierge payment models.

Ourera begins as an addiction medicine specialty program because our founder, Brian Clear, is an addiction specialist and family physician. While we expect early growth to be within the space of addiction-focused telemedicine-first primary care, Ourera intends to grow to serve broader population focused primary care providers and programs over time.
